Kern County GIS Day 2008
Please join us Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the California State University Bakersfield (CSUB) Student Union for Kern County’s own celebration of GIS Day and geography awareness week.
This event will bring together local speakers, discussion panels, demonstrations, a map gallery, and a raffle where you can win a TomTom GPS system and other prizes. This year’s local theme is “social and evironmental GIS.”
And while at the event, don’t forget to enter the raffle for a chance to win some great door prizes (must be present to win), and a Grand Prize of a TomTom GPS System (need not be present).
